Meet Susan
Hi, I’m Susan. As a UX/UI designer, I put the user at the centre and my goal is to find the best possible solution to any design problem. I am a team player and love to work together on creative solutions, as different perspectives often lead to even better results. Transparency and reliability are important to me, as is the search for new and innovative approaches. I always remain positive and optimistic.
Great design is born from empathy
I have been working as a user interface designer at the communications agency A&B One in Berlin for eight years. Here I work for clients such as the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern state marketing organisation, Frankfurt Airport and RAG.
Before that, I worked for ZEIT Online, Hubert-Burda-Media and the German Historical Museum.
I have an M.A. in Linguistics and Computer Science from the Humboldt University of Berlin. Before the Google UX Design Certificate, I trained in Indesign, WordPress, film editing and project management.
My favourite tools are Adobe XD, Figma, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects.
